Level 1 support is the Super Help Desk technician assisting the end user via the telephone or by remote access of the end user’s computer to resolve the support issue.
This support is used when it is necessary for a task to be performed on-site at the end-user’s computer. Removal and replacement of parts, hardware installation, etc..
This support is used when Engineering or specialized skills are needed to resolve any client issues that cannot be resolved by support levels 1 and 2.
